Let's get straight to the point: I created a Blog because I like to tell stories. And not just any stories, I like to tell my stories. Ok, I won't lie, I like to tell others' stories as well. I enjoy telling stories that entertain, inform, and inspire.

But the idea of starting a blog came about as I was seeking a platform to reach a broader audience that could help me accomplish two very lofty and ambitious goals: to publish at least one book in as many genres as possible, and to tell one story in every storytelling medium possible. Ambitious, right? Vague, yes. But ambitious nonetheless.

In the many posts that follow, I will be experimenting with different stories that I have either told personally to others or have just recently thought up. Some of them will be fictional stories. Others will be realistic and actual events. Some stories may be a retelling of stories that have been around for a while; stories that I find important and worth sharing.

Regardless of the story, there is one overarching purpose: to make the world a better place. By telling a story that entertains, I can transform a moment. By telling a story that informs, I can transform an idea. By telling a story that inspires, I can transform a person. And by transforming people, we changed the world.
